I've only been here for less than a year, but so far it's been an absolutely great place to work. As a smaller company, it doesn't feel so much like you're "lost in the crowd". The projects are interesting, and the people I work with are some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. They're also genuinely interested in your professional development.

A lot of companies talk about being "family" and looking out for each other, but this is the first place I've actually seen it in practice. The people here are genuine and they look for ways to help you in what you're doing rather than get in the way or be selfish with their time. The job itself is a real challenge but I'm working on interesting things, so I can honestly say that I'm more happy here than anywhere else I've worked. The benefits are also great: Fex time, really good insurance, vacay policy and and a real respect for work/life balance.
