      Pros

      It was a joy to work for Element Education. The ED, Terri, was wonderful and the staff felt like family.

      Cons

      A bit of a more modern workplace when it came to offices may have been nice but overall, it was just fine.

      Dedicated teachers. Autonomy in ones own classroom. Nice materials.

      Cons

      Overworked staff, not enough staff, too much paperwork, too many students in small classrooms. Management has a poor understanding of Montessori pedagogy.
