Pros

The employees are dedicated to making the customer experience great. A new CEO has arrived and there is hope for some well needed change.

Cons

Unfortunately the current leadership does not recognize the dedication of the employees knowledge, experience and tenure. Nor are these folks respected especially if the are in the Sparks office. The culture is toxic.

Family feel. Great people. They try.

Cons

No willingness to change. Any idea that isn't what's already there is not a good one. HR practices from the 80s. Juzt bought by big company and they act like they don't exist. It's time to realize that you are now a big company. Act like it.
