The company has went through some challenges but they make sure to keep the employees informed and SLT are available with answers. They have great events and focus on employee morale. Focused, efficient, aligned,responsive and determined.

Cons

Integration did not go as smooth as they would have liked but it is over and they are focusing on the clean up.

Concerted effort by Management Team to increase engagement and employee satisfaction. Love the management within the Commercial Team

Cons

Back office admin functions can be over worked causing operational delays. Integration with GE Fleet didn't go as smoothly as expected.

New senior leadership team that is forming a fantastic culture of dedicated and skilled employees that are accountable for the best service for clients. New standard vacation offering of 15 days to start. Most reviews on on this business are former employees that were not used to being accountable for performance. If you have solid work ethic you will love the opportunities that exist for advancement and growth in a career at Element.

Cons

Fast paced environment that requires discipline to maintain life balance. Some improvements have been made to the benefit plan with more flexibility in coverage. The business has clearly demonstrated the willingness to listen and adjust.
