      A fall from grace

      Pros

      It's a job, and the Eden Prairie offices are nice.

      Cons

      Re the health insurance coverage and costs - even if you pick a low deductible plan, an individual still has another $4,000.00 deductible for out-of-network providers. The network is a Health Partners network, administered by Cigna, so it's a way more limited network than the prior GE coverage. With the higher costs and significantly less coverage, the health coverage is disappointing.

      The cafe is nice, along with the building, decent pay, but not worth it.

      Cons

      Poor training, I was trained for 1/2 day, after that I had to keep asking for help when I didn't know how to do something. If nobody feels like helping you, they won't. Associates will lie their way to the top. I wasn't given all the necessities (programs etc.) to be successful with the job, when I let management know everyone was clueless about it and told me there was no way I didn't have the necessary programs. Its a new employee word against everyone else who has been there for sometime. Don't bother trying to prove your case no one will believe you.
