Pros

Was a great place to be 2 years ago. Great location. Culture at GE made this a great place, but new culture is really bad. Pizzas for lunch are good.

Cons

This place is imploding and employees are jumping ship. Middle management is only concerned about their personal brand, they could care or less about their employees. Senior management is completely out of touch with reality.

Nothing good about this place

Cons

The systems are horrible. Management doesn't know what they are doing. Everyday is a struggle. My job is nothing like what I thought it would be during the interview process. Integration was horrible and we are still experiencing hardships daily.
