Growing company, competitive pay, employee recognition programs, bonuses, great geographic location, tuition assistance program, 8 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays

Cons

Health insurance is expensive, IT help/setup unorganized, rarely any company closures due to weather, semi monthly pay can be a pro or con depending on how you look at it

Company has invested heavily in technology infrastructure to make employee and customer experience easy. Management has an open door policy to discuss questions, concerns and opportunities for improvement. Work/life balance for the employees is important to the Company. Company is engaging key people leaders to improve the day to day Element experience for all employees.

Cons

Lack of paid paternal leave. Lack of training and knowledge of other departments and upstream/downstream impact, but a plan is being crafted to address the concern.

Pros

-Coworkers were great -Sometimes lunch or breakfast was provided for each department -Care Committee -Friendly maintenance personnel -The CEO, Kristi, is very personable, down to earth, and she cares about her employees.

Cons

-Repetitive -Hard to move up in the company. You can move laterally but not into management. They already knew who they were going to select for management positions. They just post the job in careers and you might even get an interview but all of that was just for show. -The new system that was being put in was not meant for operations dept. It actually made it harder for us to do our jobs but easier for the customer and other departments
