Significant investment to modernize systems and processes. Supportive and engaged leadership team. Vision to transform the industry with a focus on data/ analytics and technology. Teams genuinely collaborate and care about each other.
Cons
Consecutive integrations have been stressful, but it's gotten the company to a scale where they can invest in technology, partnerships and people. Culture is still forming, as several companies have come together. Some long-timers are finding the transition difficult.
