      Element has many different jobs within the organization. It's a good place to start your career and grow your career over time. If you start in a role and decide a year later it isn't for you, you have many other options to consider within. Growth and career development is strongly encouraged.

Working here presents the opportunity to contribute to the future of the industry, develop outstanding technology and work with great people. Lots of opportunity for career advancement given the growth trajectory.

      Given the growth plans and acquisition history, employees need to multi task and tackle many large projects at the same time.

      Great people and environment. Management is nice and like to have events to uplift spirits. Nice location.

      Cons

      Upper management has little concern for employees. Pay in horrible and bonus/raise process are ridiculous.
