I truly enjoy my role. I have built a great team who communicates well and does a great job with meeting their goals. I work with an excellent group of leaders who constantly innovate and keep each other accountable. My leadership provides support and insight for success.

Cons

I have some concerns about growth opportunities. Our shift to a hybrid work environment restricts my opportunities. I was hired several years ago as full remote, then promoted to another full remote role. At this time there are no remote roles that do not involve a lot of travel. I don't leave near an office and cannot travel regularly.

Have not been there for long but based on my research the company seems to be in a good place and they have very great benefits as well as a bonus incentive

Spending on where you live, the commute might be long
