Large company feel - ability to work on variety of projects - senior leadership in Sparks is pretty approachable- tries to host fun company events - work life balance

Cons

Constant changes, layoffs, re-orgs, acquisitions, and leadership changes. Unstable working environment, low pay compared to competitors and the market, very little recognition for employees who go the extra mile. No growth opportunities in support functions.

Low wages compared to industry, bad health insurance policy--very high deductible, difficult to advance within company due to favoritism. Departments are overwhelmed with work and no new hiring is done.

Many of the employees are great to work with. The culture values customer service and is very people oriented. Good opportunities for advancement internally.

Cons

Company is constantly in flux due to the many acquisitions, which affects the day to day operations. Technology is outdated and much of IT is outsourced, which makes resolving issues inefficient and frustrating.
