Pros

The people I work with day to day.

Cons

The CEO has driven this company culture into the ground. They’ve taken away your ability to have free speech and have an opinion…. Well you can have one but you will be penalized financially for It. Raises were moved from what was already next to nothing (3%) to somewhere between 1-2% annually so with inflation get ready to essentially take a pay cut every single year. All of the money and in office initiatives aside, the worst part is not having a voice and not being able to have an opinion. They check their corporate boxes by sending a survey and saying we can have an opinion but again, not really if you want to keep your raise or job. Rumors floating around that regardless of performance, If you don’t openly promote the company goals like return to office, you will be targeted for unemployment. Just toxic from the top down. What happened to the company I loved for so many years? Sad.

Pros

Was lucky enough to have been 100% remote.

Cons

Departments don't communicate well or work well at all. Managment and corporate is far more interested in investor returns rather than customer. Customer satisfaction surveys were heavily skewed and easily manipulated.
