Wonderful CEO with Kristy - she needs to stay with this company! Plenty of work to do and a lot of great people at this company. Flex Hours in Toronto and Minnesota locations are great for us who have families!

Cons

Technology is very very old and not something they should continue to cling to. A few items are getting updated but too much is still needed. Half of company is old school - this is the way we do things and have always done them - why change? Other half very proactive, thinks outside the box and looks for ways to simplify/streamline. Need to develop a single, proactive, creative culture. Health insurance is very expensive and covers very little. Rating on Senior management is mid-road - CEO and HR VP are wonderful and approachable- those from MD don't appear capable of the go-forward changes needed and frequently forget their company name is now Element.

Great place to get a start for young emplyees, but they only last until they get a better position somewhere else

Cons

Company building a New Building in Eden Prairie MN. Start date 1/1/17. Of course they haven't told the rank and file yet. Everything with this company is a secret

Large company feel - ability to work on variety of projects - senior leadership in Sparks is pretty approachable- tries to host fun company events - work life balance

Cons

Constant changes, layoffs, re-orgs, acquisitions, and leadership changes. Unstable working environment, low pay compared to competitors and the market, very little recognition for employees who go the extra mile. No growth opportunities in support functions.
