      Good team - lots going on and busy workplace

      A bit cliquey - certain managers look out for certain people and it genuinely feels like there is no real growth for career unless you are liked by the top dogs. Let real talent walk out the door and waste resources on people that have no clue what they’re doing

      General manager and leadership don’t have a clue and have made a right mess of things. High staff turnover. Motto is making tomorrow safer than today, in reality they don’t really care about worker safety, we had not satisfactory/ non existent extraction and this was just ignored for years and workers expected to work in these conditions. At one site the fire doors need repair/ replacement has been ignored for 2+ years. Use to be a good company until these people from bsi came over. I would avoid working for this company and would not recommend to anyone.
