      Pros

      Great company to work for with a lot of chance of movement. Element Solutions is constantly acquiring allowing for chances to move around.

      Cons

      Integration within the company itself is not that great. Feels like many small companies rather than 1 large company.

      There is a lot of leniency regarding time off and flexible hours. Great workplace environment, diverse and supportive employees.

      Cons

      The salary is low. There isn’t any opportunity to move up in the company. Managers rarely come into the office. Little direction is given to employees.
