good location, good benefits, free food, people is nice
Cons
I don’t want to bore you saying the same things everyone did before, like sinking ship, stay away, beware of the dogs, etc. The biggest con I see in this company is that they changed so much without improving anything that the clients will start, or already are starting, to lost their patience. They promise A to customers, and now, seeing that they can not deliver A to them, they say “let’s better do B”. And B is not wanted for some of current customers. Last “Reorganization” on January (traduction: sacking 50% of the company more or less) was not very accurate in terms of who got sacked, assuming that laying off people was the solution. Entire teams that were delivering results were badly injured and are now starting to show a more negative outlook to currently happy, or at least happier than other, customers.
