Pros
The company has gone through a lot of changes and is in a really good place. New products have been pretty successful and have gotten many new customers. This has fired up Engineering and Product Management to build a number of new products and features. It's quite nice to be building many new features and footprints cloud native AWS, from scratch, correctly. Good trainings from AWS. Good engineering collaboration. Lots of opportunities to learn and write major parts.
Cons
There is some maintenance we still do on legacy products. They are still very contemporary architectures all on AWS so it's not like it's FORTRAN.
