The company uses 4 different computer platforms for claims. The main system is an ancient text interface system with keyboard commands. Training was conducted via Teams by two very nice employees who started by saying they were not trainers. There were no training outlines or materials of any kind. It was all verbal. People who hadn’t worked in the industry before had a lot of difficulty following the training. The two people doing the training mentioned how they were stressed to tears when they were learning the job.
