      Pros

      Compensation reasonable for position, but keep in mind that you will have to work more hours than you are actually paid for in order to do a decent job for them and protect your medical license.

      Cons

      I worked at two hours for every hour I was compensated for. As an employee you were unable to be paid for overtime, but it was difficult to complete all the work assigned in the allotted time.

      Pros

      I have been with this company for 5 yrs and I love how management works with you and actually treat you like an adult. This has been the most less stress position I’ve ever had in any job. Leadership is always the help without any issues.

      Cons

      The annual budget cuts. That is something to worry about in any position you’re in but my suggestion to avoid that it’s to do your job right.
