      In office 3x a week Favoritism No raise for four years Did not care about obligations outside of work No commitment to diversity. That’s clear when walking into the building.

      Wfh Holidays No weekends Lunch break and logging out at the end of the day

      Metrics are attainable but will suck the soul out of you Complex cases are too long and worthless Coworkers are lazy (the sw) Other coworkers are not friendly they are probably miserable as i was. Dialer is horrible- you get everyone else cases but your own Oh… ohhh get ready to cover for other nurses who are always on loa / medical leave. Its always the same ones taking leave- the old ones that need to retire or the ones that have a hip or spine surgery every other year! System issues occur almost daily. Let me not forget the 3rd world idiots they hire for help desk. This place is a dumpster fire. Run !!!
