      Pros

      4 weeks of vacation, fully remote, 401k, great benefits. Quarterly bonuses of 5%, easy to hit requirements for bonuses.

      Cons

      Peer to peer calls can be tough. Not much schedule flexibility unless requesting for specific days. Specific work hours required. A lot of oversight while working. Have to log all your work and remain on Q for calls, etc. Limited growth options.
