      We have a great work life balance, great base pay, and AIP's are not bad

      Cons

      some initiatives are not well thought out, and there is more effort in assigning blame than rectifying problems. Hybrid return to office policies are not supported by the structure of our remote world. no incentives to do so.

      Pros

      Again everything boils down to nature of the industry, if I compare EH in its own industry with other players it's a giant where there is always a hustle to keeping growing and innovate. Transparency through town halls: Meetings on a regular basis from management be it be related to business in general, finance, strategy or growth.

      Note: Following is from the time I spent at EH and is subject to the what I experienced through scope of my job The scope of my role at EH does not allow much exposure to innovation, creativity and hence limits career progression in general. Less pay as per market standards.
