      Work from home 3 to 4 days a week. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Getting crazier. Layoffs of all bench strength. No separation between new and/or additional work in a state and no institution of standard processes, practices and policies. They have stopped almost all full team meetings, too busy, no time. Everyone, at every level seems to be feeling/experiencing the crazy state.
