      Pros

      Have all the tools and resources to grow, company car to travel and company phone for marketing purposes. Multiple offices and opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Company so big, it can get overwhelming at times. or some many things you have to do to stay compliant with the state being its a health company.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent, used to be a lot better.

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work but the last few years it has gone downhill very quickly. If you like to be paranoid, this is the place to work. If you like to lose your job to offshoring, this is the place for you. If you like reporting to directors and SVPs that have less than 5 years experience and a college degree that has nothing to do with the department that they are leading, this is the place for you. If you like to be micromanaged and then laid off for having morals and ethics, this is the place for you. If you like to have lots of barriers and issues at work but no one knows what to do or who is even left to ask what to do, this place is for you. They used to care about their employees and about the people that we serve, not anymore. Not only does the leadership not care but they don’t want you to either, because if you don’t support $$ over people, they don’t want you. This place is a sinking ship.
