      Pros

      Benefits were amazing, as they are Anthem. Due to being a large corporation, yearly increases and quaterly bonuses based on performance is great!

      Cons

      CarelonRx Pharmacy is one of their newer division and as all new companies, there is a lot of trial and error. Stability had not yet been reached in terms of standard operating procedure or expectations.

      Company looking for to layoff

      Pros

      Pay is acceptable compared to other companies.

      Cons

      The company has been looking to lay off staff the past 18 months. Dozen of folks have been forced to leave. Company now is doing a return to office for director level and above or people leaders 3 days per week with 1 day mandatory a Monday or a Friday. Mass exodus in effect.
