A lot of bureaucracy for everything and very complicated in complying with government standards for Medicare and Medicaid.

I hate their newly established hybrid policy - it doesn’t apply to me thankfully because I live so far away from an office, but if I were to move I need to either move close enough to an office to report there so many days a week/month, or basically lose my job …even though I’ve been a great employee for them for over 9 years. And ALSO - I can’t be considered for other jobs within the company, living so far away from an office and therefore not able to work there so many days a week/month. A lot of the same bang-your-head-up-against-the-wall issues over and over again for the teams I support.
