      The work is what you expect it to be People here are very helpful and friendly Enjoy the team environment Plenty of information about the organization is shared I feel supported by other departments in the organization I like what I do here

      Cons

      Hybrid work - I can only imagine the reason for this is tax related. It is otherwise worthless to the worker. There are no reasons to be in an office anymore. Half the time the systems dont work when you log into the office environment.

      Where do I even begin. Never worked anywhere you need 5 mainframes up and 10 "helpful documents" that have 25 conflicting/confusing steps and trainers that ignore you when you have questions. And they wonder why turnover is so high
