Pros
I believe this is a company that treats people of all races, nationalities, and gender equally. The pay is good and promotions are available. I am able to work at home with very little manager interaction (unless I ask for it). That is not the case in all areas but it is in my area.
Cons
Throughout my 10+ years at Anthem I have worked with bad managers that never promoted and with great managers that believe in promoting their employees is important. If you work at Anthem and you are not happy with your current job or manager or even pay, look for another job within Anthem because there are good areas and not so great area. Overall I have been thrilled with my time at Anthem.
