      -Personal investment from upper management -Opportunity for growth within the company -Benefits: new clinic, gym, break area/game room

      Cons

      -Communication between departments is poor and as a result... -...Culture between departments is varied and polarized -Advice: apply through recruiters. In my experience hiring is internal from their pool of contractors and chances of being picked up otherwise are slim

      All IT jobs moving to Atlanta & so much talent will be lost

      Full time work at home. People are great & work very well together virtually. Many people have been here for 20 plus years.

      Cons

      New CEO is bringing everyone back in the office & you can only be located in Atlanta . Many people will lose their job due to not relocating & so much talent will be lost.
