Some Management very bad. Each area has their own silowed (broken into different groups) culture that it's hard to interact effectively with and work with some groups. Be careful if that is part of your job responsibilities to do that and ask what the history is with each group. Company grew threw acquisition and management has not made much of an effort to create a cohesive and harmonious culture. Management promotions and other decisions often arbitrary. There is often a huge gap between upper management direction and lower management personnel.

Incredibly demanding job, very steep learning curve, like all insurance there is a lot of grey area. Training was mainly systems training and zero practical application in a training environment.
