You work on holidays when it's a company holiday and suppose to be closed. Horrible management. Outsourcing is common and takes away our jobs. No job security. Depending on manager/team lead, very controlling and VERY hard to get time off around holiday to speed with family. Manager lets teamlead do what she wants it's a waste of breath to even speak to your manager about teamlead. Benefits are extremely high for working for an insurance company. They keep taking away rather than giving to dedicated workers.
