      Pros

      Anthem provides several work from home opportunities, which provides a great work-life balance for those that may have a family, or want to avoid long commutes to and from work. The benefits are also great and include PTO, health, vision, dental and catastrophic insurance. The company also provides long-term and short-term disability and life insurance. There are also several professional development opportunities and the ability to earn a company paid college degree. In general, the work environment is supportive and the company offers several groups to get people connected and involved in activities.

      Cons

      Salaried employees do tend to work a lot of overtime, which is unpaid. There are some instances when certain groups work in silos, which is a hindrance to the completion of project milestones.
