Cons

Bullying, harassment, agism. HR dept did not help me after numerous requests. HR did whatever manager requested. My manager has a pattern of terminating employees. I was terminated and only one of them. Several others were terminated prior to me.

Pros of working for a Successful international healthcare corporation are: remote work option, excellent benefits, managerial support for all things work and personal.

Cons

Cons of working for a successful international healthcare corporation are lack of support above Managerial level, lack of empathy, encouragement when working over a 40 hour work week. Do not mind the longer work day but some acknowledgment- verbal or monetary, would go a long way with moral.
