      Good company with many changes

      Pros

      Telework option and flexible working hours. Good benefits. Workers are great. Good supporting people like IT. It is good for people who have family and want to balance life and work

      Cons

      Constantly people get laid off. You constantly get emails about organizational changes. People get laid off Oct-Dec to meet financial metrics. It is hard to keep up with who left who does what.

      Pros

      Great and supportive colleagues, tremendous opportunities if you are willing to put in the work. A ton of education opportunities if you seek it. Flexible schedules and opportunities to work from home. I was a previous employee and came back a little under a decade later!

      Nothing unlike others; change happens often.
