      The executive leadership team does not listen to associates..I was discriminated against and i won board charges and the Director still works there and continues with his unethical behavior..Company allows discrimination and racism...

      Nice cafeteria and office environment.

      Cons

      Coercive leadership style, punitive, blames employees for work issues rather than addressing the system. Demeaning toward licensed medical professionals. Despite receiving the highest rating in my department, I have only received a 1-1.25% raise annually for the past 3 years. Excessive overtime for salaried employees with no compensation.
