Pros

The benefits were decent, work from home. The pharmacists were kind, helpful and nice.

Cons

Management hostile and cliquey - if you were friends with the management, you got away with certain things, training disorganized, very everyone is out for themselves mentality, PTO policy was horrible and no sympathy if an emergency came out and needed to be out. The wellness days sound good in theory, especially when said can be used as mental health days, but need approval way in advance with no guarantee. Metrics were the only important thing even if it meant sacrificing quality and safety with prescriptions. Senior technicians had a superiority complex and didn’t seem like they wanted to help, no support when needing assistance with finding a solution.

They will try to make you quit if you have disabilities by using common tactics until it becomes too stressful to stay.
