      Pros

      Pay is good and above average for field. Agile Development environment with options to train. Overall good company to work for in the long run. Turn to Agile development has been a welcomed enhancement to the work place. Less contracts with outside sources are starting to change to a stronger culture.

      Cons

      Changes to structure and management happen more often than not and are at a wind when they change. Leadership may pull budgets on training's and travel. Culture could use some upgrading and more stability. Benefits for a Insurance Company are lower than outside options.

      Cons

      More time off would be nice, not enough PTO. More life insurance would be appreciated.
