      Pros

      Encourages growth within the company. Diversity of employees. Provides education incentives and very team oriented. Fast pace with a lot of variety of projects.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons, it is a very typical large company with some inconsistencies and in some areas not much in flexibility. However, I can't say anything was a con as every company has their own pros and cons and some are so small to mention and they come with the job.
