      Expect more work but not extra money

      Pros

      Benefits, working from home, doing something good for patients.

      Cons

      The department assigned more work and expecting quality outcomes at the same and it had to be done timely. It was impossible in the situation were in. Extreme micromanagement even though I'm trustworthy. I had work from 8am to 10pm frequently, and they didn't care.
