      Great company to work for, plenty of growth opportunity if you're a proactive employee

      Pros

      Growth opportunities, good benefits, great culture depending on the department you're in, annual bonus is good, and depending on your department you have a voice

      Cons

      The pay is not bad, but could be more competitive. Aside from that, the biggest issue is lack of established processes across the business and IT, which tends to cause constant chaos

      Pros

      The company is stable and growing. Onsite cafeteria and fitness center.

      Cons

      Management try to prevent you from moving to other areas because they want to keep you so you aren't able to advance. Insurance benefits aren't so great even though your working for an insurance company. They only offer HSA's and a HRA plan.

      Pros

      I started off as a pre-Certification nurse and am now a business analyst. There is so much opportunity in this company and although things have changed since Amerigroup sold out to Anthem, it's still a great company to work for. I'm able to work remote 2,700 miles away from my home office.

      Cons

      Health Benefits could be better since we are insured by the very company we work for.
