      Pros

      Potential for career growth, if you know where to look. Good benefits and great company growth especially in light of Affordable Care Act.

      Cons

      Too large a company and very little guidance on how to navigate such a large company. Very little training on systems. Sink or swim mentality. Not a lot of support for job growth. Lip service to work performance.

      Pros

      Dynamic environment. Lots of compelling and complex challenges. Sound leadership. Interest projects that require varied skills - there is never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Matrixed environment, Lots of squirrels to herd. Direction changes, so you have to keep on your toes! It's a publicly traded company, so all the "issues" (focus on short term rather than long view) exist. But it's no different than other companies, and the culture is good.
