      Unstable structure makes growth difficult

      Pros

      An enormous mixture of old and new, there is an unfathomable number of things to improve and make a measurable difference. Many teams take "easy to do business with" to heart and provide great support. Lots of very intelligent and friendly people to work with.

      Cons

      With constantly changing structure, from the VP, Director and Manager levels, it is tough to maintain the relationships necessary for promotion. With restrictive staffing and promotions, it's too easy for associates to become stuck as a single point of failure for critical processes.
