      Pros

      Great company and nice benefits. Managers are great and always willing to help with any questions. Company also give quarterly incentives on pay check, plus monthly incentives such as customer service monthly awards. They give a lot of recognitions to your hard work. They are trying to work on the strict adherence.

      Cons

      Strict with adherence and breaks are too short. lunch is 30min.

      Pros

      High quality output; highly organized processes; decent benefit package and salary. Good training opportunities. Appreciated my colleagues support assistance, and insight.

      Cons

      Extremely micromanaged culture; bullying upper management and filtered down to complicit and "yes" managers. We had high turnover in our group, but no one seemed to connect the dots. Worked long hours and nearly every holiday to make critical deadlines. No follow-up on company wide surveys that explicitly outlined problems.

      Pros

      Some flexible work arrangements, most coworkers are good coworkers, things are more secure since the incident. The insurance and benefits are pretty good, dining onsite.

      Cons

      Security is rushing in changes without testing the impact. Distributed teams do not always talk to each other, no defined road map for all of IT to see. The dining onsite is not very good.
