      So far I had worked for the past 2 years. This is one of the best company I had worked with due to the following reasons: 1.Spellbound salary 2. Many helping hands around right from the CEO 3. Excellent work life balance

      Flexible work arrangements, nice benefits

      Cons

      Chaos all the time , constant change. Which means constant disorientation and not knowing what the actual direction is for the unit. Managers that don't know the answers to questions and leaves that are experienced in the area that they're leading. HIGH turnover and poor communication or empathy for front line employees

      No work, the entire company feels like a political party running the org and have no sense of handling anything. Avoid this company at all cost, this company should not even be your last resort.
