      Good benefits, work life balance allows work at home full time, but requires 24/7 availability, especially on weekends

      Work at home full time, decent pay, get to play with cool technology on a very large scale enterprise

      Cons

      Management is awful, constant reorganizations, management takes no input from boots on the group. Lack of leadership or direction. Very little career advancement if you are not in Indianapolis.

      The benefits are great and the insurance options are acceptable. I really like the quarterly bonuses and this company pays well.

      Cons

      Non-existent work life balance due to the amount of overtime hours required averaging 9-11.5 hour days.

      Work from home. flex scheduling. work/life balance is pretty decent.

      Cons

      Pay is well below cost of living for NYstate. DOZENS of employees must rely on our local food pantry just to feed our family. also cannot afford to go to the doctors or hospitals when neccessary. advacement is far and few between. Nobody listens to us. Lots of meetings about "major changes"but nothing changes. EVER. viewed as dispensible commodities systems used are ANCIENT - early/mid 90's old!
