      Pros

      Part of Carelon Behavioral Health. Flexible work schedule, knowledgeable and supportive managers, nice work life balance for now

      Cons

      DOGE like culture, layoffs regardless of productivity and contribution to the team, clear message is you don't matter. leadership totally out of touch with that the front line staff do or how stressful it is or how important. Weird business decisions that seem to hurt not help. CEO makes over $20mil but they'll layoff staff who make less than $100k in the name of saving money. Limited opportunity for growth, poor support. Lots of effort for what looks good on paper but poor delivery in reality. Requiring managers and trainers to return to office when no one from the team is at their location.

      Work at Home Fair but not competitive pay

      Cons

      Low Pay Multiple directions left dangling and causing confusion and rework No one comprehensive strategy/model followed Many elevated leaders coming from ranks not ripe due to gaps from many leaving Cronyism

      Good Company....lots of changes

      Good company, competitive pay, remote work opportunity, standard benefit package

      Constant management and leadership changes. Work from home policy changed to hybrid (still not bad).
