      Work was interesting. Plenty of professional development available. Amazing benefits and work perks.

      Schedule gave no work life balance. Pay was not to scale with work responsibilities.

      - Learn how to develop organizational skills quickly - Work quickly and efficiently under stress - self motivation - Learn various systems and receive a crash course on how many departments of the company work

      Cons

      - Work piles up quickly - Angry clients (They're coming to you because there are already issues. You're there to solve them) - Little down time to organize - Pay is very low for the work load - No real on boarding system in place (learn as you go) - Due to outsourcing their customer service and the use of AI. You're left with constant issues and miscommunications. - Mismanaged resources at company from the top down.
