Pros

The pay was decent and we were treated fairly.

Cons

They are based in India. There is no local presence in the USA. It is a PO box in a California strip mall. They only have one client (Prospect Medical). Prospect upper management is clueless and constantly interferes with IT Operations.

Pros

Very fair and considerate about job expectations! Colleagues all knowledgeable, competent, and helpful! Nice work atmosphere, they have good working relationships with their clients! Some flexibility in work and schedule. Management treats you professionally and fairly!

Cons

No real cons per se, R4 is going through those tough challenges of growing from a small consulting/services company to more of a mid-size player. Would like to see them possibly be a little more generous on hourly contract compensation rates going forward...

The company is very communicative and willing to do what is right. They are easy to stay in touch with for any questions. When it comes to fair pay they are timely and very solid. I would recommend them.

Cons

None that I can think of.
