Pros

Working with the clients was the best part.

Cons

Doing anything internal was.. difficult. It is all off-shore employees so it's more challenging in that respect. They don't offer any real incentive to stay, and they horribly mismanage their employee capabilities. If you know how to brown-nose and do it effectively, you'll thrive. If you work hard and just do your job, you'll sink.
