Pros
Easy I.T. support role in hospitals with little to no previous tech experience required. Simple selection process often only with phone interview from India or CA. Limited background check only requires drug test.
Cons
Basically work in a cube farm at Crozer under direct supervision. Most daily tasks involve printer repair, fixing mobile carts, imaging machines which can be rather old, and working break/fix tickets. No job security as most people on-boarded with 6 to 12 month contracts, but often let go after a few months with or without notice meaning employee-at-will for both sides. Must pay for parking. Tend to work with younger and inexperienced colleagues with no healthcare experience. Straight contract with no benefits or paid days off.
